(1) The Authority shall have a separate fund of its own. The capital of the Authority and all other amounts received by it  including loans and grants shall be credited to this Fund.
(2) All expenses of the Authority shall be borne from the Fund.
(3) The Fund of the Authority and its financial administration shall be operated as prescribed.
